I was very nervous going into the Yoga environment but from day one I felt very welcome it was a very inclusive and friendly class and since going online with my practice I still feel that friendly vibe.
Demelza can always find ways for you to do the poses around injury and ability with all the props available in studio.
Workshops are also very helpful her poses to help ease headaches was certainly beneficial to me.
I really enjoy these classes and have been amazed at the improvement in both my posture and mobility I am glad I made the decision to go it had been so worth it.
