Introductory

 Join this class to learn alignment and the basic yoga asana/poses.


Become familiar with using props to support the alignment of your body. Regular attendance will develop your understanding of the foundation poses.

Wednesday

5:45pm - 7:00pm

Level 1

This class is suitable for students looking to grow their practice.


The number of asana will increase and include standing poses, forward bends, back bends, twists and regular inversion practice.



Tuesday

5:30pm - 7:00pm

All Levels

This class is suitable for all students who are familiar with basic yoga asana.


All students work at their level as modification is given when required.



Saturday

9:30am - 11:00am

This class is specifically for women of any age or stage of life.


The range of asana is comprehensive while learning how to support and improve women's health conditions.



Monday

5:45pm - 7:00pm

This class is specifically for men of any age or ability.


Basic asana is taught with progression into a wider range of asana while supporting men's health conditions.

7:15pm - 8:30pm

This slower-paced class is perfect if you are returning to your practice after a break or need a less vigorous class due to age, injury recovery, or general well-being.
